Liquid Center Chocolate Cake recipe

My last goodie from the Chicago Marriott adventure.
If you're going to be on Santa's Naughty List, might as well make it good! Or, leaving one of these out for the big guy might just get you off that lump of coal list.

Liquid Center Chocolate Cake

2 1/2 cups Bittersweet chocolate
3 3/4 sticks of butter (15 ounces)
9 eggs
11 egg yolks
4 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cups cocoa powder

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt together over a double boiler. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly add melted chocolate mixture to egg mixture. Sift the flour and cocoa powder and stir into chocolate, egg mixture. Scoop into a well greased oven-safe dish and bake for about 10-14 minutes at 350 degrees. Note: Bake just until the edges are set because the center will be soft.

It *sounds* surprisingly easy, right?! You'll have to let me know how you think it went if you try it =) I'm going to give it a go at some point in the next couple of weeks!
