Whew, thank goodness for a nice, long nap and the ability to get my menu together for the week. I have a grand total of... drum roll, please... 7 items on my grocery list to get for the week. They are: 2 tomatoes, yogurt, carrots, bananas, 4 apples, 2 avocados, snack cheese. Not too bad! Here's what we have planned:
Breakfast: Pancakes, oranges and a little cheese
Lunch: Chicken and wild rice soup, asiago bread and apples(Thanks to my mom!)
Breakfast: Hot cereal with chopped walnuts, honey and raisins, banana
Lunch: Kale and white bean soup, bread and apples
Dinner: Bagel breakfast sandwiches or PBJ. Time constraints so has to be fast.
Breakfast: Granola, oranges, yogurt
Lunch: Breakfast sandwiches that were for the weekend and didn't get made, banana, avocado.
Dinner: At my Dad's
Breakfast: PB on whole wheat, homemade bread/toast, banana and cheese
Lunch: Squash soup, crackers, apples and bacon to top(YUM)
Dinner: Possibly tacos. Another time constraints meal, might be leftovers.
Breakfast: Eggs, yogurt and fruit, bagel
Lunch: Pesto pasta, peas, applesauce
Dinner: Beef stew that ALSO did not get made last week... with apples and bread.
