Hevea Pacifier Review

A couple weeks ago we were sent a pacifier from The Natural Baby Company by the brand Hevea Baby.

Hevea Baby USA is a company that seems to have gone above and beyond everything they could think of in terms of sustainable material and a solid design. The packaging itself is even recyclable and printed on 100% recycled paper with soya-ink.

These guys obviously mean environmentally-friendly business!

The pacifier is made of 100% natural rubber. It is very strong and elastic, which my 11 month old teething son enjoys. There is absolutely no PVC, BPA, phthalates or artificial colors to worry about going into baby's mouth. The design was also carefully thought through in making sure it had an ergonomic shape, cute ventilation holes and a solid cast to avoid edges and cracks that would grab germs.

We received the Star & Moon pacifier in size 3+ months. Let's see what the Little Dude thought!

Upon receipt, a careful inspection.

Test 1.

Test 2.

Test 3. We are very thorough!

Success!

As you can see, he approves. What you can't see in the last photo is how the pacifier is truly, actually in his mouth the proper way. 'What's the big deal, silly lady?' It's maybe the second time in his little life that he's done that for me. The first time being when he was probably a month old. While we breastfeed, I did try to get my son to take a pacifier early on so as to avoid becoming the sole pacifier myself. Well, that didn't work out as intended and he never took to one like I'd hoped. We never tried a pacifier like this one, though, and I suspect from his response to the Hevea we'd have been more successful had we gotten one like this in the beginning.

Hevea Baby USA also carries pacifiers with car, crown and flower ventilation designs. In addition they have a cute Panda Teether, storage bag for the pacifier and a pacifier clip. I hope they continue to come out with more awesome products! To keep up with the latest on Hevea Baby USA, check out their facebook and twitter pages!

**I was not compensated in any way in exchange for a positive review; all opinions and experiences expressed are mine and mine alone. We did receive the product to give a fair and honest review.
